Early Thanksgiving

My Moms whole family was in attendance for dinner with the exception of my cousin Aimee who is out of the country. She even called in on skype so we got to see her. All in all it was 15 adults and the 4 kids. My Aunt Jane and Uncle John drove in from Idaho who I haven't seen for a few years. Can't wait to see them all again.

Playing with Preston

My cousin, Jennifer, also has a 2 year old boy, Preston, and a 2 month old baby girl, Peyton. Noah and Preston played together all weekend long. It's great to see them finally at an age where they can play together.

Time at Nana's and Papa's

I planned an early Thanksgiving dinner for my Mother's family at her house in the Sacremento area. We drove up for the weekend to spend some time there with Nana and Papa. Noah loved to hike thru Nana's garden and ride in Papa's golf cart. He also got a lot of one-on-one time with Dad which has been hard to come by lately.

Halloween

On Halloween night we went to Kevin and Tiffany's for dinner and trick-or-treating. Jennifer, Wayne, and their kids also went as well as Debbie and Stan. We managed to get great pictures of all the kids in costume together. During trick-or-treating, Noah walked right into someones house. He got the hang of it tough and got lots of candy in his hunny pot. He loved the suckers especially. Josh carried Karli the whole time around the block. Afterwards, we went trick-or-treating to my Dad's house and to Doug's where we saw Danny and Charlotte and their son, Lucas. The next day was my birthday party at the park. We had a BBQ for lunch and then had a friendly game of soccer. Dustin's Mom was making Karli laugh. She was so cute with her soccer outfit on and a soccer barrette in her hair. I had a great birthday with all my friends and family.

The Sonntag Wedding

Tim and Naroon tied the knot on October 24th! They got married at Bay Cities Church in Lomita. It was fun to get out with Dustin without the kids for a change. We enjoyed seeing many of our friends there and we also managed to get out on the dance floor. Tim and Naroon make a beautiful couple!

Dustin nephew, Josh, stayed with us for Halloween weekend. We drove out to Hemet to pick him up. Noah loved having him around. They bonded playing rock band together. It was really cute because Josh was singing the words and Noah was repeating all the words after him.
Dustin and my Dad surprised me with a digital piano for my birthday. I've always wanted to learn piano, so it was a perfect gift!

Pa's Pumpkin Patch

We went to Pa's Pumpkin Patch with a Moms group. Tiffany and Caleb also went as well as Leslie and Quinton. The three boys had fun going on all the rides together.

LB Aquarium

Tiffany and I took our kids to the Long Beach Aquarium for the day. Grace, Caleb, and Noah really enjoyed the outing. We ate lunch together by a water fountain and watched the pigeons beg for food. Noah's favorite was the red octopus that was very active that day.
Noah is a little soccer star in his Beckham jersey. This was his halloween costume for the hot days.

Pumpkin Carving

Jack and Laura had us over for pumpkin carving. Noah wasn't too interested, so Dustin carved a face in his pumpkin. I carved the BOO pumpkin for Karli and did a face for mine. Dustin wasn't going to do his, but I was having so much fun, I cleaned out his and he eventually carved a bat in it. Afterwards, we all ate dinner and watched the kids play.
